Historical and Cultural Background:

Cloisonné enamel is an extension of the traditional cloisonné making process. It draws on the wire inlay and blue dotting techniques from traditional cloisonné handicrafts. On a flat medium, various patterns are inlaid with wire, and then colored by means of blue dotting using raw materials such as glazes and enamel sands.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For international orders:

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs. If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated warehouse in China.

Refunds will be processed within four weeks of receiving your package. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10–20 business days for international returns) and the time it takes to process your refund request (3–5 business days).
