Cloisonné enamel was exclusively used by the imperial family in the past. It is known as "One piece of cloisonné is equivalent to ten pieces of official kiln wares". It is a traditional handicraft. In modern times, it draws on the wire inlaying and blue dotting techniques from the traditional cloisonné-making process. On a flat medium, various patterns are inlaid with metal wires, and then colored by applying blue dots using raw materials such as colored sands. Finally, it is left to dry.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For international orders:
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs. If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated warehouse in China.
Refunds will be processed within four weeks of receiving your package. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10–20 business days for international returns) and the time it takes to process your refund request (3–5 business days).

Shipping rates are based on the volumetric or actual weight of the item, whichever is greater. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
